My coaching approach goes way beyond session feedback and the use of automation to deliver personalised training plans to your phone, tablet or PC. My strategy is to limit the number of athletes I take on in order to put me in a position whereby I can invest a lot more of my time and energy into providing you with the very best personal experience. To achieve goals, I believe you need more than just a coach. You also need a mentor.
From sprint to olympic distance, half Ironman to full Ironman races, I have been there and have enough experience to be in a position to take you on a similar journey. Every program I put together for you will be personalised according to your needs and published in your own Training Peaks account. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, a weekend warrior, a seasoned Ironman athlete or someone who is just looking at a lifestyle change. Whatever it is, I have the plan that will help you to achieve your goals.
My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding. The journey is very much about a holistic view of nutrition, clean eating, listening to your body and enhancing your training performance through the right lifestyle choices.
